Research activities in the field of space law and space policy at the Space Policy Institute, George Washington University, Washington D.C., NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Maryland, the Office for Outer Space Affairs of the United Nations (Vienna), the German Space Operations Center (Darmstadt, Germany); member of the European Centre for Space Law (ECSL), project manager of austrias largest space contest "spacecity salzburg". Dr. Rudolf Albrecht, Vice-Chief Financial OfficerResponsibilites: Liason international organizations, outreachCareer: Born 1946 in Vienna, studied astronomy and physics at the University of Vienna (doctorate 1970), until 1972 Postdoc at the Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff, Arizona. Assistant professor at the Univ. Observatory in Vienna until 1981. 1981 to 1984 Head of the scientific data handling at the Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore, Maryland. From 1984 to 2008 at ESA / ESO Space Telescope European Coordinating Facility in Munich (from 2004 as head). Intense public outreach. More than 100 refereed publications.
