During the board workshop on February, 14./15., Dr. Rudolf Albrecht was coopted as a new board member of the Austrian Space Forum. Born in 1946 in Vienna, he became a professional astronomer ...

e.g. at the University of Vienna and the Cerro Tololo Interamerican Observatory in Chile. Since the beginning of the Hubble Space Telescope, Dr. Albrecht has been working on the conception of the scientific data processing. "I have decided to engage myself in the ÖWF," says Rudolf Albrecht w.r.t. to the co-optation, "because I know how important and how useful competently organized groups are, especially for young people.
